Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our service (religious rituals and perishable prasad), we generally do not accept returns of prasad items once delivered. If the package is damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

• The puja could not be performed on the scheduled date due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
• You cancel the booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled puja time.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Donations, Dakshina once paid to priests, and perishable items (Live Bhog) serve cannot be refunded once the service has started.
